Air pollution with lead causes a diversity of diseases in humans and organisms. In aquatic environments lead pollution damages the functioning of phytoplanktons as one of the important sources of oxygen production and caused imbalance in the global aquatic organisms. Among absorbents, algae are of special importance, as lead gets accumulated in algae easily leading to the high absorption coefficient of these absorbents. In this study, lead absoption by algae was investigated. The research variables included absorbent dose, pH, temperature, optimum absorption time, and maximum absorption. Classical adsorption isotherm models, including Langmuir and Freundlich and two adsorption kinetics of pseudo-first-order model (Lagrgn) and pseudo-second-order model (Ho) were also examined. The results showed that the high adsorption rate of lead was due to algae, especially brown algae. However, the isotherm and kinetic variables and models of lead absorption in algae did not follow a distinguishable order. It must be noted that for the operation of the heavy metal adsorption of lead in real environments using algae, the special conditions of the place, time, temperature, and concentration of metal should be considered.}, keywords = {Pollution,Biosorption,Sorption parameters,Sorption isotherms,Sorption kinetics}, title_fa = {مقایسه ظرفیت جلبک‌ها در جذب فلز سنگین سرب}, abstract_fa = {سرب یکی از سمی‌ترین و پر مصرف‌‌ترین فلزات است که حتی مقدار بسیار جزئی آن اثرات بدی روی موجودات زنده می‌گذارد. آلودگی هوا با سرب باعث ایجاد انواع بیماری‌‌ها در انسان و جانداران و در محیط‌‌های آبی باعث مختل شدن عملکرد فیتوپلانکتون‌ها به ‌‌عنوان یکی از منابع مهم تولید اکسیژن در دریاها و در نتیجه بر هم خوردن تعادل جهانی موجودات آبزی می‌شود. در میان جاذب‌های زیستی، جلبک‌ها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردارند که دلیل آن را می‌توان خودانباشتگی فلزات سنگین و در نتیجه ضریب جذب بالای این جاذب های زیستی دانست. در این مطالعه جذب فلز سمی سرب توسط جلبک‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. متغیرهای تحقیق شامل دز جاذب، pH، درجه حرارت، مدت زمان بهینه جذب و بیشترین میزان جذب بوده است. دو مدل جذب کلاسیک ایزوترم، شامل لانگمویر و فرندلیچ و دو مدل جذب سینتیک شامل مدل شبه مرتبه اول و مدل شبه مرتبه دوم نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از درصد جذب بالای فلز سرب توسط جلبک‌ها خصوصا جلبک قهوه‌ای بود ولی به صورت کلی متغیرها و مدل‌های ایزوترم و سینتیک جذب سرب در جلبک‌ها از اصول و نظم خاصی پیروی نمی کردند. این نکته شایان توجه است که برای عملیاتی کردن جذب فلز سنگین سرب به صورت واقعی و جدای از محیط آزمایشگاهی توسط جلبک‌ها باید شرایط خاص مکانی، زمانی، دمایی و غلظت فلز را مد نظر قرار داد.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی,جذب زیستی,پارامترهای جذب,ایزوترم‌‌های جذب,سنتیک‌های جذب}, url = {https://www.iraneiat.ir/article_138317.html}, eprint = {https://www.iraneiat.ir/article_138317_ac8eaa7df0d7e87601bdb4af9dc8f041.pdf} }
