In order to assess the consequences of urban wastewater application in agricultural practices, concentrations of heavy metals zinc, copper, cadmium, lead, chromium and nickel in the soil and corn seeds were studied. We also focused on pollution accumulation, plant transfer risk and health risk. For this, three farm soil textures were used for surface irrigation, irrigation with saline water, waste water and those irrigated for 6 years in Qom Province. Wastewater application decreased cadmium and lead and increased concentration of other metals. The maximum increase in concentration was seen for nickel (mg/L7) and the minimum for copper (mg/L 2.31), respectively. The soil accumulation index for Chrome and nickel was larger than other elements. In addition, the mean transfer indices in corn effluent treatment were 4.03, 3.03, and 0.15 for cadmium, lead and Chrome respectively. Also, Cr, Cd and Cu in corn grains irrigated with wastewater was higher than the permissible limit for human consumption. Pb Risk Index in Corn for all consumers and cadmium risk factor for children was greater than 1. According to the results, it seems that the health risk factor offers a more conservative estimate of the risk of heavy metals compared to its standard subject to further studies.}, keywords = {Arid and semi-arid areas,The heavy metal,Pollution accumulation,The index of transmission plant,Water Shortages}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر پساب بر انباشت فلزات سنگین در خاک و خطرهای بهداشتی آن}, abstract_fa = {بحران آب یکی از مسایل اساسی مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک مانند ایران است. بنابراین استفاده از پساب شهری رو به فزونی است. در این راستا برای بررسی پیامدهای آبیاری با پساب شهری بر تعیین غلظت کل فلزات سنگین روی، مس، کادمیوم، سرب،کروم و نیکل در خاک و دانههای ذرت و محاسبهی شاخصهای انباشت آلودگی، انتقال گیاهی و شاخص خطر بهداشتی این عناصر، سه مزرعه با بافت خاک مشابه با آبیاری سطحی، شامل آبیاری با آب شور، آب چاه و آبیاری 6 ساله با پساب، در منطقه قم انتخاب شد. براساس نتایج، آبیاری با پساب، غلظت کادمیوم و سرب، را کاهش و غلظت سایر فلزات را افزایش  داد. حداکثر افزایش غلظت عناصر در خاک پس از آبیاری با پساب، مربوط به نیکل (mg/L 7) و حداقل افزایش مربوط به مس (mg/L 31/2) بود. همچنین شاخص انباشت آلودگی خاک برای کروم و نیکل بزرگتر از عناصر دیگر بود. به علاوه در تیمار پساب بزرگترین میانگین شاخص انتقال به ذرت در کادمیوم (03/4) و سرب (03/3) و کمترین آن مربوط به کروم (15/0) بود. همچنین غلظت کروم، کادمیوم و مس در دانههای ذرت تحت آبیاری با پساب، از حد مجاز برای مصرف انسان فراتر بود. شاخص خطر سرب در ذرت برای همهی مصرفکنندگان و شاخص خطر کادمیوم در ذرت برای کودکان بزرگتر از 1 بود. با توجه به نتایج، به نظر میرسد شاخص خطر بهداشتی، برآورد محتاطانهتر از خطر فلزات سنگین، در مقایسه با حد مجاز استفاده از آن توسط گیاهان ارائه میکند که نیاز به بررسی بیشتر نیز دارد.}, keywords_fa = {بحران آب,شاخص انباشت آلودگی,شاخص انتقال گیاهی,فلزات سنگین,مناطق خشک و نیمه‌خشک}, url = {https://www.iraneiat.ir/article_114701.html}, eprint = {https://www.iraneiat.ir/article_114701_a3125ad63cf61f9ad29c14336ea2405b.pdf} }
