Abstract
The main goal of the research is to evaluate the stimulators of green production with the approach of path analysis and the SWARA technique with the aim of improving the environment in Iran Khodro Company. For this purpose, after an extensive literature review and interviews with experts and specialists, four key stimulators affecting green production (in eleven factors) were identified and eleven sub-hypotheses were proposed. The current research is an "applied" research in terms of its purpose and direction, and descriptive-survey in terms of its strategy. The statistical population of this research regarding the investigation and testing of the stimulators of green production in terms of influence in Iran Khodro Company includes the managers and experts of the aforementioned supply chain and green production in the number of approximately 200 people, all members of the society were used as a sample. Also, regarding the evaluation and ranking of green production stimulators, the opinions of 30 managers and key specialists of the company were used. In order to investigate the impact of these stimulators on the company's green production and test the hypotheses, path analysis was used and all factors were confirmed so that all four political, technological, social and internal dimensions have a positive economic effect on the company's green production. In the following, in order to determine the weight, the identified eleven sub-stimulators were used for the successful implementation of the green production management system using the SWARA technique. The output showed that the stimulator "laws and regulations" with the highest weight was the most important driver, and the stimulators "technology import" and "top management commitment" were ranked second and third. The stimulator "employee demand" was also identified as the least important stimulator with the lowest weight. Due to the need for the industry to pay attention to the preservation of the environment, only by implementing government laws and regulations and environmental issues and producing cars in accordance with the technologies and standards of the world and the commitment of senior managers can we enter the cycle of competition in the global market; Otherwise, domestic automakers must wait for gradual elimination from domestic and regional markets.
