مقایسه ظرفیت جلبک‌ها در جذب فلز سنگین سرب

چکیده

سرب یکی از سمی‌ترین و پر مصرف‌‌ترین فلزات است که حتی مقدار بسیار جزئی آن اثرات بدی روی موجودات زنده می‌گذارد. آلودگی هوا با سرب باعث ایجاد انواع بیماری‌‌ها در انسان و جانداران و در محیط‌‌های آبی باعث مختل شدن عملکرد فیتوپلانکتون‌ها به ‌‌عنوان یکی از منابع مهم تولید اکسیژن در دریاها و در نتیجه بر هم خوردن تعادل جهانی موجودات آبزی می‌شود. در میان جاذب‌های زیستی، جلبک‌ها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردارند که دلیل آن را می‌توان خودانباشتگی فلزات سنگین و در نتیجه ضریب جذب بالای این جاذب های زیستی دانست. در این مطالعه جذب فلز سمی سرب توسط جلبک‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. متغیرهای تحقیق شامل دز جاذب، pH، درجه حرارت، مدت زمان بهینه جذب و بیشترین میزان جذب بوده است. دو مدل جذب کلاسیک ایزوترم، شامل لانگمویر و فرندلیچ و دو مدل جذب سینتیک شامل مدل شبه مرتبه اول و مدل شبه مرتبه دوم نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از درصد جذب بالای فلز سرب توسط جلبک‌ها خصوصا جلبک قهوه‌ای بود ولی به صورت کلی متغیرها و مدل‌های ایزوترم و سینتیک جذب سرب در جلبک‌ها از اصول و نظم خاصی پیروی نمی کردند. این نکته شایان توجه است که برای عملیاتی کردن جذب فلز سنگین سرب به صورت واقعی و جدای از محیط آزمایشگاهی توسط جلبک‌ها باید شرایط خاص مکانی، زمانی، دمایی و غلظت فلز را مد نظر قرار داد.
