مدل DPSIR و قابلیت آن در تدوین شاخص‌های محیط‌زیستی فرسایش بادی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان ریگان)

چکیده

هدف از انجام این تحقیق معرفی مدل DPSIR و چگونگی تدوین شاخص­های محیط­زیستی در جهت جلوگیری از بروز مشکلات محیط­زیست می‌باشد. با توجه به رشد جمعیت و توسعه صنایع و به دنبال آن بهره­برداری و تقاضا­های غیر عادلانه از محیط و کاهش منافع و درآمد انسان از محیط، تصمیم­گیران و برنامه­ریزان به دنبال روشی برای برقراری ارتباط بین سه محیط درگیر ( اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط­زیست) و ساده سازی مسایل پیچیده محیط­زیستی به صورت یک نمودار چرخه­ای هستند که قادر به شناسایی مشکلات ریشه­ای باشد نه مقطعی و زود­گذر. مدل DPSIR امروزه به طور چشم­گیری به عنوان ابزاری برای اندازه­گیری و ارزیابی محیط­زیست استفاده می­شود و این ابزار می­تواند راهنمای­ مدیریتی مناسبی برای برنامه‌ریزان و سیاستمداران باشد. مدل DPSIR مجموعه­ای از اجزای تشخیصی و تحلیلی به همراه دارد که خود باعث انعطاف پذیر شدن مدل می­شود. چارچوبDPSIR  در پروژه­های تحقیقاتی معمولا با هدف حمایت از تصمیم­گیری اعمال شده است. در رویکرد DPSIR که از 5 اجزای منفرد اما مرتبط با هم تشکیل شده برای تجزیه و تحلیل مشکلات محیط­زیست، علت­ها از نیرو­محرکه شروع و این نیرو­ها در ادامه از طریق فشار­ها چه به طور مستقیم و چه غیر مستقیم و در بعد زمانی متفاوت تاثیراتی بر عملکرد توابع اکوسیستم در رفاه بشر و در نهایت منجر به پاسخ­های اجتماعی می­شود. با استفاده از مدلDPSIR  به راحتی می­توان شاخص­های محیط­زیستی را در 5 طبقه تدوین کرد و پاسخ­هایی منطبق با سازگاری محیط را داد که این پاسخ­ها می‌توانند در حکم پیشگیری از آسیب­های محیط­زیستی قرار گیرند.
