تاثیر جهت‌‌گیری استراتژیک بر عملکرد مالی و محیط‌‌زیستی: بررسی نقش میانجی‌‌گری بازارگرایی و تعدیل‌‌گری انعطاف‌‌پذیری استراتژیک (مورد مطالعه: شرکت‌‌های کوچک و متوسط استان‌‌ خراسان بزرگ)

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر جهت‌‌گیری استراتژیک بر عملکرد مالی و محیط‌‌زیستی از طریق بازارگرایی و تعدیل‌‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری استراتژیک در شرکت‌‌های کوچک و متوسط استان خراسان بزرگ انجام گرفته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران شرکت‌‌ها می‌‌باشد. نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول کرتجسی و مورگان برای جوامع نامعلوم 314 نفر محاسبه گردید و روش نمونه‌‌گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس بوده است. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد Habib et al) (2021; AlQershi et al., 2022; Daradkeh & Mansoor, 2023 با 32 سوال می‌‌باشد. به منظور تعیین روایی پرسشنامه‌‌، از روایی محتوایی با تایید اساتید و افراد خبره و مطلع و روایی سازه، همگرا و واگرا استفاده شد و جهت پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده که در نهایت روایی و پایایی تایید شد. در این پژوهش جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها از روش‌‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و SmartPLS استفاده گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که جهت‌‌گیری استراتژیک بر عملکرد مالی و عملکرد محیط‌‌زیستی در شرکت‌‌های کوچک و متوسط استان خراسان بزرگ تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین اثر میانجی بازارگرایی و تعدیل‌‌گری انعطاف‌‌پذیری استراتژیک، بین جهت‌‌گیری استراتژیک و عملکرد مالی و محیط‌‌زیستی در این شرکت‌‌ها تایید شده است.
