بررسی نقش تصویرسازی سه‌بعدی در برنامه‌‌ریزی سیمای سرزمین

چکیده
بصری‌سازی سیمای‌‌سرزمین یا همان نمایش سه بعدی پدیده‌های جهان واقعی می‌تواند به عنوان زیر مجموعه‌ای از زمینه‌های گسترده‌تر بصری‌سازی جغرافیایی، برای ایجاد ارتباط بین شرایط، گذشته، حال، آینده و ارایه سناریوهای جایگزین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین قادر است مجموعه داده‌های گسترده را به گونه‌ای ارایه دهد که افراد، بخشی از یک فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری تعاملی باشند. این رویکرد یک نقش ارتباطی مهم در مجموعه‌ی مشارکت و تصمیم‌گیری دارد و به عنوان ابزاری برای برنامه‌‌ریزی محیط‌زیستی، راهنمایی جهت اولویت‌بندی سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها و مشوقی جهت اعمال مدیریت راهبردی (نسبت به مدیریت انفعالی) عمل می‌‌کند. هدف از ارایه‌ی مقاله‌ی حاضر بیان نقش تصویرسازی سه‌بعدی داده‌های مکانی در ارزیابی اثرات بصری و نقش آن به عنوان یک سیستم تصمیم‌یار در برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و همچنین یک ابزار مناسب جهت هم‌فکری و مشورت عمومی است. علاوه بر این نرم‌افزارهای معرفی شده در این مقاله می‌‌تواند با توجه به نوع کاربرد در پروژه‌های مختلف مورد استفاده قرارگیرند.
